Company Directors Course Update
Gain credibility with your board by being at the forefront of issues and challenges faced within the governance environment. This course also provides those who did not undertake the assessment components of the Company Directors Course a chance to do so.
Held over two days and facilitated by experienced directors, it will review and clarify your role as a director or board member, as well as re-affirm the governance and ethical expectations of board members. Additionally it will provide you with updates to the changes in governance, legal compliance, risk management, strategy implementation and board decision-making.

Who Should Attend?
This course is designed for participants who completed the Company Directors Course prior to September 2010.
It also gives those who have attended the Company Directors Course, but not yet completed the assessment, an opportunity to do so.
