Submission to ASXCGC Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations ED

In a submission dated 27 May 2010 the Australian Institute of Company Directors provided its response to the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s Exposure Draft “Proposed Amendments to the ASX Corporate Governance Council Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations”. The submission outlines broad support for proposed changes relating to board diversity, remuneration committees and company trading policies.
